Our Story
Vintage Treasures is none other than a creation from the owner, Brooke Hein. Brooke goes to school at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She has a degree in Marketing and Digital Visual Media with a focus on entrepreneurship. Brooke has always been an artistic person and well as a strong businesswoman. She has sold customized painted art pieces to customers through Facebook during COVID and has reached a wide variety of clients including, Morgan Cox from the Baltimore Ravens. Her entrepreneurial journey expanded when she decided one day to create a business that has to do with customizations and home decor. That is where Vintage Treasures was born! She began this venture in the Spring of 2023 and plans to open doors Spring of 2024. It’s her goal to make her customer’s houses feel like a home at affordable prices.

Vintage Treasures employees consist of a creative directive team who have experience in paint detailing, carpentry, reholstering, delivery services, and customer service. The team has a comprehensive eye when completing your customization process order so we can deliver the product and service to our customers.

Vintage Treasures Step-by-Step Creation Process:

2. Free Pick up/ Drop Off
Once you get in contact with our Vintage Treasures team member we will conduct the needed information to continue our custom journey.
We’ll have a set pick-up time and date to arrive at your home to pick up the treasure to deliver to our shop. At Vintage Treasures, we make it our goal to take proper care when handling the shipment of the piece. To assure our trust we offer a free delivery charge.
3. Take Our Survey
It is vitally important for our team to understand exactly what customizations our customer is looking for when acquiring our services. There will be a 50-question survey that will help the process.
4. Get With the Creative Director
An introduction meeting is standard at Vintage Treasures. We want to get to know you and your vision. During this process, we will set up a time frame for return or if you decide to sell the piece to us. When selling the piece to Vintage Treasures it’s a negotiated price, normally the prices defer when comparing the quality and condition of the piece.
5. Receive Updates
During our 2 weeks of repair, you will receive updated messages from our team. The messages are to send updates on the process and easy accessibility to contact customer service. Just in case any last-minute changes and reassured approvable when we are handling the such item.
6. Last Consolation Before Drop Off
On the last day of the customization process, we will ask the customer to come into the shop one last time for last-minute detailing. Once approved, the piece is ready to be shipped back to the customer’s home after payment details have been acquired.
7. Enjoy Your New Piece!
